How to add a watermark to a PDF

Good to know
The text can be in any language, including Hindi, Arabic and Chinese. It is added to every page. Long text is made smaller so it fits across the page.
Frequently asked questions
Can the watermark be removed afterwards?
Not with this tool, and not easily with others. It becomes part of each page. Keep your original file.
Can I use a logo or picture?
Not yet. This tool adds text only.
Can I change the colour or size?
Not at the moment. The three styles are fixed so that the result always looks clean.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The work is done inside your browser, on your own device. Your file is never sent to us, so there is nothing for us to store or see.
