Good to know
Every page of every file is included. To leave pages out, remove them first with Remove PDF Pages, or tidy the result afterwards with Organize PDF. A password-protected PDF has to be unlocked before it can be merged.
Frequently asked questions
How many PDFs can I merge?
There is no fixed limit. The practical limit is the memory of your device, because the files are joined in your browser. Dozens of ordinary documents are fine.
Will merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are. Nothing is re-compressed or converted.
Can I change the order after adding files?
Yes. Each file in the list has up and down arrows, and a remove button.
Why does one of my files fail?
It is either damaged or password-protected. The error message names the file. Remove it, or repair or unlock it first.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The work is done inside your browser, on your own device. Your file is never sent to us, so there is nothing for us to store or see.
