Reporting a problem with a tool
It helps us fix things quickly if you include:
- which tool you were using;
- what you did and what happened instead of what you expected;
- your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".
Please do not attach a private or confidential file unless we ask for one. If a problem only happens with a particular file, tell us what kind of file it is first.
Suggesting a tool
If there is a file or text job you do often and cannot find a tool for here, tell us.
